Is Circumcision covered by insurance?
We do not accept insurance for circumcision procedures. However, some clients may be able to get reimbursement from their insurance provider. Upon request, I can provide a superbill with the appropriate CPT code, which you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Clients enrolled in Apple Health (Medicaid) are eligible for reduced pricing: Newborn $500, Infant $600, Baby $800, Toddler $1,000.
